Terms and Conditions
[Back to crewed yachts page] [Bareboats] [About us] [Request a crewed yacht] [Request more information]

Initially you request for availability, providing us with as many details as you can. Yacht name -if you have one in mind-, number of persons, starting date and duration of your charter, available budget -if possible-, are details that would help us send you a fast and precise reply.

If the preferred yacht is not available or you have not specified a particular one, we will include in our offer any yacht available, meeting most of your requirements.
It's important to mention, that crewed yachts are unique, so the earlier you make up a decision, the better.

Once we receive you final decision/confirmation, we will email you the contract, which will include all discussed details. We will also email you the relative invoice with our bank details.
Contract should be signed and returned to us at least in one copy. 50% of the total agreed charter fee should be wired transferred to our account. Upon receipt of the signed contract and the advance payment, your booking is firm.

Charter rates are specified in Euro or U.S. dollars depending on owner's policy. The charter agreement is standard and valid for all yacht crewed charters in Greece, approved by the Greek National Tourist Organization (GNTO), ensuring the fullest possible protection for our clients. Terms of refund in case of cancellation are specified in the charter agreement.,

The balance is due one-month prior the charter commencing. At that time you will be asked to send us the funds to cover the advance provisioning allowance (A.P.A.) plus whatever additional services you have chosen.

A.P.A. is used to cover all costs that are not included in the charter amount. This amount varies and depends on your provisioning preferences, yacht and itinerary. Usually A.P.A. amounts to 20%-30% of the charter fee.

A.P.A. is immediately forwarded to the Captain, in cash, who arranges all necessary provisions to be ready in advance for your trip. All costs incurred by the yacht, which are accountable to the charterer, will be deducted during the cruise and full accounts will be produced at the end. The Captain will return any unused funds, at the end of the charter. Occasionally the A.P.A. is not sufficient and the Captain will keep you advised if further funds are required.
